Released in 1998, caliber 12 has the spirit of a spring day . This savory scent opens with apple and lemon. It is followed by a heart of jasmine, geranium, violet, lily of the valley, alpine, cinnamon and pink pepper. The base notes are oak tree, sandalwood, cedar wood, vanilla, pizmo, and amber.

Jeanne Arthes is part of the Arthes Group, a French perfume company based in Grasse that was founded in 1978. Their best selling fragrance was Cobra which sold millions of bottles in the 1980s. The fragrance was re- released in 2008 in a special edition to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the house brand.
