This scent was developed by perfumer Christopher Sheldrake, who has worked with Quest International and Chanel. This scent has apricot, mandarin, osmanthus, and white flower fragrance notes. Serge Lutens began his career at a hairstylist in Lille, France before moving to Paris and becoming a hair and makeup artist for Vogue Magazine in the 1960s and a photographer and a filmmaker in the 1970s. In 1980, he began working with Shiseido, the Japanese cosmetics company, on marketing, particularly in branding, packaging, and cosmetics design. With ShiseidoÕs backing, Lutens launched his own fragrance brand in 2000, creating perfumes in collaboration with Sheldrake. Other product offerings include cosmetics and scarves. The company and the boutique are located in Paris.
