5.4 Pre-Order Items

Items marked as “Pre-Order” are not immediately available for shipment. Pre-Order items will be charged at the time of order placement and shipped when merchandise arrives, typically later in the season. Estimated delivery dates for Pre-Order items are approximate and subject to change.

6. Ordering Process

6.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance by Mengotti Couture.

6.2 Order Confirmation

Upon successful order placement, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products and send you a shipping confirmation.

6.3 Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout (including billing address, shipping address, and contact details) is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information.

For Credit Card and PayPal payments MENGOTTICOUTURE.COM may request the Bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping. MENGOTTICOUTURE.COM also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.

7. Payment Methods & Processing

Mengotti Couture accepts the following payment methods:

7.1 Credit & Debit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Card payments are processed through our secure payment gateway provided by Tap Payments, ensuring your financial information is protected with industry-standard encryption.

7.2 PayPal

We accept PayPal payments. Orders paid via PayPal may only be shipped to the verified address registered with your PayPal account. If your order is paid through PayPal and you need to arrange a return, you will be responsible for creating your own return shipping label.

7.3 Bank Wire Transfer

For select customers and destinations, bank wire transfer is available as a payment option. If you choose this method:

  • You will receive an email containing our bank account details within 24 hours
  • Your order will be reserved pending payment confirmation
  • You must provide a scanned copy or photograph of the wire transfer receipt via email to [email protected] within 48 hours
  • Failure to provide proof of payment within 48 hours will result in automatic order cancellation
  • Your order will be shipped once funds are confirmed in our account

Bank wire transfer may not be available in all countries. Availability will be indicated at checkout.

7.4 Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment method will be charged immediately for both in-stock items and Pre-Order items. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method.

If payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or other issues, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Fragrances are classified as dangerous goods due to their flammable alcohol content and are subject to strict international air transport regulations. As a result:

  • Perfume orders may require extended processing and delivery times

We comply fully with all IATA (International Air Transport Association) and local regulations governing the shipment of flammable goods.

10. Returns & Refunds
